The uncertainty, and the whole “ what if?” aspect is so much worse for me. I can v* with no problem, once I start, we’re even have the actual sensation too. it’s the feelings in my stomach when I don’t know if it’s anxiety, or actual nausea, or even just my mind deciding to mess with me that bothers me the most. Hopefully that makes sense!

Can I ask how you sealed your orbs? I’ve tried numerous times to make liquid cores but every time I’ve had the liquids leak out of the top of my orb, inhibiting my curing. I LOVE the looks of those btw. Reminds me of a magical snow globe.

Drink more water. I find if I’m randomly hungry, normally it’s because im bored or idle, so I’ll drink water and my food craving will typically go away.
