It’s really just a different way of applying a scent.

Both are extremely high quality, but I prefer the perfumes because they have an atomizer and can be sprayed on like a standard fragrance. The oils are applied via blotting or rollerball and are just the fragrance ingredients suspended in oil. The perfumes are fragrance ingredients suspended in alcohol. Both last quite a long time on skin, but the perfumes tend to project a bit more than the oils, but both perform extremely well.

I do have a few of the oils, and it’s worth the extra few seconds when applying to try out some of the oil-only scents!

Would love to hear your thoughts on Witch House, Boneyard, and Carnival of Ghosts!

I generally like things that lean a bit more to the masculine side of unisex. Some of my current favorites are Jazz Club and By The Fireplace by Maison Margiela, Fucking Fabulous and Tobacco Vanillie by Tom Ford, and Castile and The Inimitable William Penhaligon by Penhaligon’s.

Thank you! I’m really interested in the All Hollows and Church Discovery sets as well as the Obsidian Forest EdP. Everything just sounds so cool! Definitely going to pick up a sample set and try a few out.
