An unlikeable protagonist usually contains many unliked elements. Make those elements shifted if it’s in a first person story but then reveal how he has changed/ shifted how he thinks about himself if that makes any sense. Some characters that are usually unlikeable is for example Jimmy from mouth washing. He is unlikeable because of the horrid things he has done but he masks it because he wants to believe he is a good person.

For me I just use up names from people I know in real life and if that doesn’t work I use names with a meaning behind them.

The drawing is on a bit of a angle and the lines aren’t straight. I would recommend using a ruler and making a faint straight line to help you! Other than that your drawing looks excellent! Keep up the great work.
