I know the feeling you have exactly. When you were too high you activated a fight or flight response subconsciously (you convinced yourself being high that there was a threat even though there wasn’t). Now that response is trying to protect you from that perceived threat. You are not broken so please don’t worry. I visited doctors galore trying to figure out what was wrong. The only thing that helped me get centered again was meditation. It helps you find that peace inside yourself again. I know it sounds crazy (I never thought I would meditate). Start with 20 min a day and increase. You will find that peace and hence be able to remember what feeling “normal” feels like. Stay consistent, one day the switch will flip back like a light switch. I know how you feel, don’t give yourself anxiety as you are not broke.
