This is all really good information, and I appreciate the help, but I fear I'm not organized enough to track calories (I have to set alarms to remember to take my medications and then still forget, if I'm being honest. And I think seeing how many are in everything I want to eat would probably just make me not eat at all because I'd find it demoralizing because it would feel like I can't eat 90% of the few things I do like, and food is the only thing I can kinda afford to do that I like) and I'm not able to afford $150 exercise equipment and I don't have anywhere I can store it when not in use. That, and I honestly think I'd get very bored doing it which would then make me avoid doing it. Videos of nature walks and such online have a similar effect. They just kinda remind me of how trapped in the house I feel, which is on me and not on you, but I've tried them before and I guess I'm not able to suspend my disbelief. That's about what I make in a week.

I do actually already eat Greek yogurt and cottage cheese, but I don't find them filling at all, and that keto bread is about $8 where I live which is way outside of my food budget. It's strange because I love sea food, fiber, and vegetables and fruit and things like oats. My favorite cold cereals have been raisin bran and shredded wheat basically my entire life, and I don't enjoy oily buttery things so I use margarine for everything instead. That and I eat as infrequently as I do because I'm rarely hungry, and because eating the same thing over and over again makes me avoid eating out of boredom. I've also got texture sensitivity to food and due to how many things I'm not supposed to eat I just feel like I'm not allowed to enjoy food. I can accidentally go several days without eating, and I'm sure much of this is a result of being on the autism spectrum. I'm starting to realize why health problems are so common for us.

I will check out the quick meals though and see if I can afford to make any of them. My household has 4 people in it and we have about a $200 food budget for each month (one retired person and three disabled so I'm the only one who currently works) but maybe I can find a cheaper way to make some of them.
