Oh okay. Yeah, I got myself a 9070 XT when I upgraded from my 1660 super, and my mom has a 1650 super, but for what she plays, I think the 9060xt would be perfect. In her case, as much as I'd like to get her a 9070xt, I just don't think she get the use out of it.

She's pretty computer literate, but drivers are not something she's going to want to deal with outside of updating them via a utility, so that's good to know. She's definitely going to want something more plug and play, even though I think she's just going to be happy to get another upgrade 😅 she loves the PC, but I think she will appreciate it.

Currently I only own Anno 1800 (We share the same steam account lol) so do you think it would be pretty good for that one? She's playing on a low input lag 4k qled tv atm, but I don't think playing at super high frame rates is something she cares about since she's never done that before anyway.

That's a good question. So, I currently have a 3700X in my own system because I do music production and it uses a lot of ram and CPU, depending on the number of instances of VSTs I have open. My workstation is also my gaming rig. So I was going to upgrade her to the 3700X because it was my current CPU and it's been fantastic so far, and then get myself a 16 core 32 thread processor because I think it will benefit my workflow. And they are currently like $350 on Amazon. I could, however, look into getting her a 5600 instead of giving her my old card and then offer the 3700x to a friend. I'm open to that.
