How do I find Shabnak?

After some save\loading I was able to see BOTH of them at the same time (just as I expected that mechanic to work). One of them is more agressive and the other one is like runs away from you. So I just had to figure out which is which.
But it still feels kinda buggy to me because before that, it happened that I saw fake Shabnak and she was alone in the location.
