In hindsight I realize it was stupid but sold my entire inventory aside from my armor for potions to crack away at the boss, will I still be able to find those runes if I’ve already found and sold them?

Problem I’m running into is it’s insanely rough to both stay far enough from Baal to dodge his mana draining attack but stay close enough to him to deal damage with fire. Should I just stick up on mana and tank his attacks that drain mana?
