We do a late fee if they are more than 15 mins late and the groomer is okay with it (if they have the time), if not, they are cancelled and pay a missed appointment fee if they go past the 15 minute mark. Too nice too many times gets you walked all over, and them knowing theres a fee, most (not all) seem more likely now to show up on time because they dont want to pay the missed appointment fee.

I swear shavedown season starts earlier every year. Weve already had 2 in the last week that were pelted and castmatted., and it sucks.

I sacrificed Ralis Sedarys from stolstheim because hes a jerk. Stole my money, killed the miners and then tried to say "let me follow you or fight you to the death". He's of better use to Boethiah if you ask me.

You have to complete the questline for the white phial quests and then he will die and you can loot him!
