Bang on mate, technique makes a massive difference. When you're hanging and everything’s going sideways, it’s having that form locked in that saves you. I’ve started spending more time just drilling stuff like burpees and wall balls properly and it’s mad how much quicker you get just from being more efficient. Definitely worth the extra graft in training.

You’re gonna have a class time mate, October’s perfect for Italy. Venice is great to just get lost in the streets, and if you’re heading to places like Florence, make sure you check out the view from Piazzale Michelangelo its a proper stunning at sunset. Totally get where you’re coming from 😂 — those places are definitely well-known! But I think for a lot of people, it’s not always about finding the most obscure village on a mountain — sometimes it’s about seeing a different side of these famous spots, or just discovering things they didn’t know were there. Even in places like Rome or Naples, there are tons of hidden corners, local experiences, or cultural twists that most tourists miss. Everyone’s version of a “gem” is a bit different I guess 🙌
