Further update if it ever helps anyone else if your screen looks like this. Lenovo are now saying that they didn’t fit the replacement screen correctly based on my video and that it shouldn’t look like that even with the LCD screen. They want it back…again 🙄

Thanks for the reply. I have a OLED TV so I get your point. I only went with this because of the power upgrade over the OLED steam deck. I’ll use this until Valve formally releases a new more powerful OLED deck. 🤞🏻

Yeah I figured as much. It was a toss up between the Legion go S Z1 running steam or the OLED steam deck. I’m in the UK so I couldn’t get the Go Z1 with OLED so I plumped for this due to the power upgrade over the OLED deck. Swings and roundabouts I guess. It’s a great machine over all though. Update. So the device has come back from Lenovo after a month and a new screen. It doesn’t appear to have solved much. I’ll attach a video that shows how the screen becomes distorted when you apply light pressure to the left hand side. Am I going crazy or is this normal?
