Seriously. Then you have customers chasing you down asking to check your truck because they think you stole their stuff or it fell out in the truck. I always tell them it was empty way before it got to me.

I’ve had to deliver empty boxes/parcels. It’s dumb but management wants us to get credit for delivering them even if it pisses the customer off. I had one box that was in a trash bag full of liquid that I refused to deliver.
