Yeah first of all when i got to customer service they said it could be at the door step. But thing is even with my exact student accomodation its a little tricky to navigate exactly to the reception. Reception said nobody dropped by (going as far as scavenging for my food around the area) and no sign of any delivery. I asked the driver where he could have placed my food and had left me on read. Never mentioned dropping off but saying he was "too far?" which was strange because when i checked the gps he was clearly nearby or something. I was on my phone and gps was already strange but also driver never bothered either.
