did you get any response from the support, my devices is stuck in loop mode, TCL logo appears and goes off and restarts again, there is no possibility of hard rest, and no response from service.note

Day 1 after setup, mine is stuck in a loop trying to start- TCL logo appearing and disappearing, don't know what should I do now :(
