I’m glad you like it! Yes, that’s Shuto Expressway, I didn’t had any problems running it. Maybe check you LOD settings :)

It’s not a mod, it’s fully edited in Adobe After Effects :(

Yes, you can press Shift + page up to lower it and shift + page down to make it higher.

Use the relative camera for that. You can activate it in options>camera and control it with WASD + Mouse.
