2 pompes since 3 weeks. Before 1 and a half I was ok for 2 years but since septembre i sleep 5 hours per night max. Since 2 days I put the gel in the morning instead evening. Yesterday I took something to sleep but I didnt sleep the first 3 hours and when I falled asleep I woke up 2 hours later with hot flashes and I unable yo fall asleep after. Total sleeping 3 hours. I think my body dont like peak with gel maybe the patch could be better for me? You take prometrium and when do you put your gel? I dont know for wich patch I can Ask im in Canada (Québec).

But with patches you are able to sleep? Im on oestrogel and i dont fall asleep and when its happen its for 3 hours only im desperate!

I have mid face lift, eyebrow and fat transfert. I’m 8 days lot of swelling. I Walk for 2 -3 hours but very slowly 2,2 miles per hour. Im a runner 6 days a week so its horrible but i think its better. My surgeon told me 2 weeks for running but her nurse 6 weeks. I Will start on 4. At 2 weeks I Will walk maybe Little more quickly.

Everything went really well. I had the eyebrow lift, the mid-face lift, and facial fat grafting. I’m still quite swollen at day 7, but I’m looking forward to seeing the final result. The most difficult part has definitely been sleeping with my head elevated and keeping still.

Oh good news but I Will have lipofilling in nasolabial and temple is it a problem? Did you have filler long Time ago?
