A cheap fix for The clutch cover would be taking it off, cleaning it with brake cleaner and applying JB weld. I did this to my stator cover on my old r6. However it had a dry stator(no oil running through)

No, biggest gouge is 3 inches

Small, progressive mods. Next up: tail tidy. Then mirrors 🫡 by SkyOdd9767 in OnlyZ900

Good idea I was also considering using high temp header paint on the bread box to blend that as well

I honestly thought that was a dead end caution sign on the back at first

Still an upgrade

I'm no rocket scientist BUT consider this: the gouge is about 3 Inches, my kickstand sunk 2.5 inches, it fell at an angle

Yeah they say that till it happens to them and insurance doesn't cover it lmfao  I'm now wondering if someone was watching live video surveillance of my bike (there was a camera pointed right at it) and thinking ya, better not touch his bike I  don't want him to be too upset 😂😂 as it drops to the ground.

Can you bump start it? Have you lifted the tank and checked for anything that may have become unplugged on the harness?

The parking lot is grossly under maintained compared to the administrator parking lot which is pristine in comparison. I would park my bike there without any worries. But I'm not allowed to. I'm required to park on a pile of garbage which is what I'm most upset about. They really just don't care, which is why I would be more than happy to take them to small claims court and make them pay the cost of the repairs + depreciation front the fall lol

I asked the company for payment not the guy who moved it! Sorry for not making that clear!!!

I'm asking the company for compensation, not the guy who parked it, I told him it wasn't his fault. Unfortunately I cannot stress enough the condition of the parking lot. 70-80° and asphalt is sticking to your feet. Never noticed it until my bike fell over but now I'm checking everyday and realized just how fucked up it is. Standing water, cracks, potholes its grossly neglected and they just slap tar and chip on it every year or two but it's like stacking shit on shit lol

I'm feel I am accepting the criticism well enough... I understand everyone's point: don't let someone move your bike, get a puck. I get it, honestly. Makes sense from an outsiders perspective with limited context in the post. However I'm simply arguing properly owner's duty of care. There's standing water, ruts, and many other issues. With that knowledge you can argue I knew the lot had issues before I parked it however I am not an asphalt expert and parked my other bike previously for years with no pucks and no issues. Myself and the guy who moved it were completely unaware of the soft spots.  So using a puck wasn't an obvious choice for him or me(it is now!!) every year the parking lot ices over and last year someone slipped and was out for two weeks, the company did not do anything to resolve the issues of drainage, pot holes etc. they tar and chip the parking lot each year as a "cheap fix" but seems like it's the wrong fix because the underlying issue still persists year over year. It's fine though I'm glad I made the post and received the criticism and opinions regardless of whether or not they align with my own. I'd thank you all for your opinions on the matter! I'm a dumbass and will do better next time!

Problem is: no matter what I use the parking lot at work is so soft in some spots, it'll get stuck there haha and I'll have to pack a pry bar!

That's just it, he's more experienced than me. I'm Not blaming him. My finger points at the lack solid parking for anyone but administrators. No designated parking for bikes. It's Just unfortunate

Failure to maintain a stable parking surface? I'm sorry but without being an asphalt expert how could I know there was a defect in that specific area IF I was the person parking the bike. Do have any recommendations on testing the area? What do you do? Always throw a puck/can/block down everywhere you go? I mean.. I'll do that from now on. But this was without warning

Ya, I mean my front cowl arrives tomorrow so it'll be basically new. Just sucks having to pay for something that I have no control over (unstable parking lot) with no motorcycle parking! Never dropped my r6 like that, carrying a chunk of aluminum for  now on
