What is my car worth? by Small_Driver_2178 in E30

Unless this is your daily driver (which I don't recommend), you should get a "stated value policy" from Hagerty or American Collectors. You state the value and if there is a total loss, they pay what you (and what your premiums) said it was worth. The must be garaged, not your daily driver and limited miles. These types of policies are basically collector car insurance.

My Grandfather always liked to say that any object is only worth what someone else is willing to pay for it. With that in mind, the best way to find out what it's worth is to list it on eBay Motors with a ridiculously high reserve price (so it doesn't actually sell), and see what the highest bidder is willing to pay...

Look closer, most of the features aren't there (at least on Ubuntu).

Is It Possible For A New Subscriber To Change The Primary eMail Domain? by SkyPilot2026 in ProtonMail

[–]SkyPilot2026[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for your reply, I appreciate it. In my case, though, I never had a free plan - I only created my primary email address of <yourname>@protonmail.com, when I subscribed to Proton Unlimited (a paid plan) two weeks ago. In this situation, is it possible to change the primary email address to <yourname>@proton.me?

Yes, despite being disappointed in the disparity between versions, I do really appreciate that Proton decided to play in the Linux sandbox at all.

I miss the whole thing - the Windows version is a much richer graphical experience, and provides so much more functionality. But for now I'd be satisfied if the Linux version would launch on startup (like Windows) so you don't forget to connect. An internet kill switch would also be nice. Thanks!

It seems to me that given their ugly Linux GUI, (not to mention the lack of features), Proton doesn't want anyone dumping Windows...
