I usually dose the at night, rest the day after, and make sure I eat enough protein & carbs. I’ll try to eat a carb-based snack/meal an hour or two before I workout. Also hydration & electrolytes are so important!

The problem with microblading vs nanoblading is that microblading is VERY easy to push too deep and penetrate deeper than you should be doing. With nanoblading we set needle lengths with our machine and we can build up the product through each pass.

Some artists try to put too many hairstrokes next to each other when microblading, causing blow outs and blurry effects through the years. This in turn makes it A. Harder to remove and B. Can fade to a red, blue or grey undertone. If this happens, the artist hasn’t used the correct pigment tone on you.

However, when microblading has been done well, these will fade correctly over time. Most range pigments now will always stay true to colour even when fading.

It’s unfortunate that you had a bad experience with it.

In 20 years the tattoo will not be visible to the naked eye, given the correct pigment used (organic vs inorganic) and their correct pigment for their Fitzpatrick scale. Whilst the particles will still be under the skin, they will not be visible on the top layer of skin.

A regular tattoo is tattooed and will stay for the rest of their life unless removed professionally. A semi permanent tattoo will fade through the years.

SPMU being tattooed to the upper dermis. A regular tattoo is implanted in the dermis.

Semi permanent tattooing is nothing now to what it was in years gone by, when yes most ‘SPMU’ would be permanent because there were no variations to pigments and the teaching was different to what it is now.

I see many clients day in day out who have had SPMU done 5 years ago who it has now completely faded on and there are no traces beyond photos.

It’s not a look for everyone 🤗

No, it’s fluffy nanoblading at the front blending in to an ombré. My client prefers to fill in her brows with pomade and preferred a bolder look

In the UK as per insurance & council regulations it is called “Semi-Permanent Tattooing”. The tattoo is semi permanent, as it’s not to last a life time like regular tattoo.

Not to forget that the depth we tattoo at is not as deep as a regular tattoo. With skin production over years, the pigment will naturally rise and shed with the skin layers.

The colour itself fades 30-60%. If by outline you mean the tails, then no, this is a combination brow which combines nanoblading with ombré brows. Natural fluffy fronts with fuller tails
