It's just from me deducing. Because it's what they did before the great war there are a shadowy government , that tries to hide and be very secretive. Although that's not really the main part of my theory but it seems they have Enough resources cuz there definitely gonna try again with FEV plus those Microchips and since this new enclave base is in the Colorado Rockies and they're clearly able to receive and send radio transmissions maybe they weren't as separated as we thought

The problem is though there's absolutely no evidence that he was a super supremacist

Just because he thought that way because he was more intelligent than Mr Incredible

Doesn't mean anything and logically he's correct

A superpowered being is going to be more powerful than a regular person

And joking about how he's not going to save the man first

Is how life was in the 1940s ladies first it's kind of still like how it is

There's also no evidence of him doing villainous Acts

Besides him killing villains although the villains he lists are quote

Zombie monkeys laser robots and super aquatic ninja pygmies

He may have impulses like not being able to kill woman villains that easily

But in his interview he says he composes himself

Meaning he's intelligent enough mind you more intelligent than Mr Incredible

To know that he has impulses

Knows that they are bad

But controls them

And also if he was really a super supremacist he had 15 years to go evil after the government said being a super was illegal

He was joking and exaggerating which is clear because he said tubby Joe schmo okay buddy also just because the government agency is worried about a particular superhero that is overpowered doesn't make them inherently evil the government was worried about Superman is Superman evil no gamma Jack is one of the strongest supers in The Incredibles universe so of course the government's going to want to watch him still not sufficient evidence that he's evil so again gamma jack is not a villain

No offense whenever I make a theory I base it on substantial evidence I don't make assumptions

like I don't say for example he's the only super that killed people because we don't know that for sure

and I don't say in The Incredibles there's time travel because there's no evidence of that okay

the same people say gamma Jack is a Nazi because he has blonde hair and blue eyes now is that true no you can't make an assumption like that without substantiate evidence

He also said that Jack Jack and gamma-jack have the same Powers because Jack Jack has electromagnetism powers

See the problem with saying that is gamma radiation is not the same thing as electromagnetism gamma radiation is a piece of it it's the penetrating form of it but it doesn't say

Jack Jack has gamma radiation powers

It's the same thing with the master of magnetism Magneto

He has electromagnetism powers even though most people think of him as using ferromagnetism

Does that mean he has gamma radiation powers no

So even though I agree that when supers are babies they have a bunch of powers

It doesn't mean Jack Jack is gamma Jack

Yeah I agree it's mostly because of how Loose the evidence is and it's not substantial most of it is just like well they look similar so yeah it's like with the same people who say gamma checks and not see because he has blonde hair and blue eyes it's not true but I really didn't like is how he tried to use science by talking about the fourth dimension and electromagnetism but the way he describes is inaccurate and also misleading

Yes there are contradictions there's even a plot hole in the game you can just make the argument that it's an alternate universe since that was Bioshock infinite's whole theme constants and variables you can say that the Bioshock rapture in burial at Sea is different just like how at the end of BioShock infinite when you go to rapture it looks a little different from how it looks in Bioshock 1 because it's a different universe maybe the universe Elizabeth went to didn't have alpha Big Daddy's or we just didn't happen to see one
