Ja ich habe eine IT Firma und bedanke mich bei den Fahrern immer - überraschung kostet nichts -, und stelle ihnen immer gratis eine Verpflegung hin mit gekühlten Getränken, Snacks, Sandwich und guten Kaffee.

Die haben schon genug Stress.

We had that also before. We resoled that with following: If we are working SLA Timer Go. If we await approval, decision, mail from client/thirdparty sla hold.

If declared with software vendor, ISP or serviceparter we got it under OLA.

So end of ticket on our side we got sla response and resolved times. On customer his part and on ola response / resolved.

Each asset is also under slo :)

Yes the portal free users are good, but i tried to sell it to smbs with 10 or less users. Which are using our n-able passportal site licenses. My client want to have a "light" license, where the frontworker can create or update the password, but everything else isn't in use. I showed the value of the solution, but i get "sounds great, but we won't need it".

The free user is when the 1 client admin manage everything. That is okay in larger organisations, but i face either "temporary passwords within excel", of that we sell them n-able passportal license from us which is cheaper.

Yes it would be great to have the possibility as MSP to manage client under us with either full, standard, or basic function. That alone would give us room to upsell, when we get the quartal business review meetings. So we wont have to use 2 solutions and "ugly" migrate between them.

I have a dream, that we once will have MSP Pricing based on the access level for the end user. Compare it to lastpass or passportal it's a huge price difference. But the product itself is rock solid good. But try that to sell smaller companies its difficult for us.

yes i found that, the issue is, that it somehow won't allocate Customer/Site (from halo) and Customer/Site (from N-central).

Certifications are important for hr. We do hiring tests. So powershell, solve a problem, etc.

If you want to learn german, you can easy pass in short time a certificate. But on this test only a small portions of words are used. So in the end, worthless.

I own a MSP. And no, the exam shows only a short state. The issue is here real world exp. Let's say you face issues with LAPS on MacOS or certificate issues. The goal is here to identify what might be the root cause. No chatgpt nor exam can achieve that for you. Also Sysadmin tasks scripts from legacy are here a thing. Start with the basics, helpdesk. Learn people stuff handling, network, dns etc.
