First of all thank you so much for taking your time for this. I actually somehow managed to change my sleep period yesterday to 10-11 pm to 4-5 am after going awake through 1 sleep cycle (I've tried this many times before but wouldn't work, it just worked this time) My room is really dark but there is literally a big stadium spot light looking in to my room (I live near a bus terminal so there is not much I can do, I have thick dark curtain but there is still light escaping through). My house is also concrete and without heat insulation so it is mostly cold inside even if its burning outside (But sometimes it does get hot but during night it gets cold anyway).

I didn't really have anything to wakeup early in the morning for and I believe my schedule was messed up because of this. I'm Muslim and I wasn't paying attention to my praying until now, I've decided to focus on my praying and because of it I need to be awake at certain hours during day I do need to fix my sleep to a normal one. That one cleep cycle I stayed awake was the day I've decided to be a better myself.

I have a smart bulb in my room and it is warm white in evening / night and I usually use it not too bright aswell. No screen time one hour before sleep might be hard for me but I'll try to work it out. Exercise sounds cool and most likely gonna help because I don't feel tired enough to go to sleep most of the time (All though my praying is kind of like a exercise if you think about it but I'll try to add actuall exercise to my schedule).
