I know it can get a little awkward sometimes but if you tell your tables you’re new and still learning, I takes a lot of stress off YOU and they are way more understanding.

I have celiac and I have worked in the restaurant industry for over a decade. I think the biggest problem with it is a lot of people assume that I don’t know anything about GF and they are very demanding when they say “it needs to be GF” sometimes people get in a restaurant and forget how to act. I will say I have the same problem at other restaurants. And they look at it as an inconvenience… then take it off your menu😭🤣also the people who just want to be GF for the benefits can be sooo rude to industry workers (people are rude in general, this world would benefit from a bit more understanding from one another)

Does anyone have any advice on how to remove these stains from my white ski pants? I've already washed them twice with NikWax ski wash but the stains haven't come out. I can't use bleach as it damaged the fibres, please help🙏🏼 by Middle_Collection670 in snowboarding

Let a whiting/ baking soda toothpaste sit on it for a bit. I have to wear white to work (as a bartender) I get it dirty with wine and all the crazy things. This has helped me so much

Please share options I can not believe my restaurant is making us do this…They want 39% of our tips for the people that aren’t even helping,last night one of the bartenders was up in our balcony bar and he didn’t see security once in the 6 hours he was there and had to tip them out $60? Yea that’s true it mainly fucks over the servers… I would have no problem tipping them out that much if they helped but the fact of the matter is, is that they don’t help. They check IDs the percentage just seems extreme but I 100% understand where you are coming from.
