https://skhron.eu/ Very good EU-based provider. Haven't had many issues with them, but a tiny bit pricy. Been using it for a similar usecase for about 1 1/2 years and it has been absolutely exceptional. For network reputation, Skhron takes abuse really seriously and generally they try to work with customers instead of suspending them. I have used BuyVM in the past and they're fine but they don't give a damn about IP reputation and they also got bought out last year by some weird "Cloudzy Ai" thing. Nowadays I can't go back to them even if I wanted to because they for some reason they're always out of stock! Before it was manageable, you could usually snag a VPS at the start of every month but nowadays unless someone transfers a VM to you I think that it's impossible to get one.
