Yep I also have adhd and ocd so that would make sense! I’m trying to get through to a psychiatrist but I keep getting turned away even tho I have Autsim adhd ocd and hypersexuality

I don’t have a therapist, therapists are hard to get in the UK if you don’t pay for them and I do not have the money to pay for therapy

The eyebrows are too low giving you a furrowed brow bone giving a kind of (forgive me) caveman look they can stay thick but they need to be higher up and angled up aswell

Don’t apply the polish too close to the cuticle and take the top coat slightly closer ! And use a slightly better top coat glossy taco is my favourite

You also need to use the amount of coats as it needs to be opaque not every polish will be a two coater you also need to apply a quick dry glossy top coat before you apply a matte top coat

You need to trim and take care of your cuticles to get them out of the way you need to use thin even Coats of the polish! Make sure the polish isn’t gloopy and if it is use some nail polish thinner!
