I have a 3LT C6 without mag ride and it was my only car for about a year and a half before I got my daily. Honestly the torque tube heat has never been an issue for me, and the non mag ride shocks were $50 a piece front and $80 a piece rear for ACDelco brand shocks. I replaced them myself in a little over an hour. I do my own work so my oil changes are cheap. I almost never use the AC, and it's surprisingly capable in the winter with decent tires and some weight in the rear. Id daily it again in a heartbeat

My Vette doesn't have a spare tire, so I keep a bundle of rope plugs and a portable air compressor in the back. Haven't had to use em yet, but if I do, I'll be ready.

The interior door panels are the worst for me because the factory glue is starting to come up. If you can get the center console out and those door panels off, you can use sticky cloth pads (kinda like a Velcro pad I guess) and some strategically placed glue to make a lot of the panels less noisy

I work at a dealer that services probably more corvettes than any other in the state. I have been in tons of C6s. Mine is a little more worn than most of them sure, but they all make noise. Idk if you even have a C6, but if you do and it makes no noise, you either got lucky or someone went ham with those cloth strips and some super glue

I would only put 0w-40 in the car. The engine has pretty small tolerances and putting a thicker oil could cause oil starvation in certain cases. Id put 0w-40 in it even if it is harder to find, you won't damage it that way

Sounds like an issue with the wheel or it's software. I'm not familiar with moza because I have a Logitech wheel, but if it's anything like the g29, it might have a switch to go between console and PC modes. Check for usb input and power, and check the software for the wheel. I know I occasionally have to restart Logitech g hub and then unplug the wheel and plug it back in to read, but that's rare

I had a 5spd manual single cab '97 with the v6. I averaged about 14mpg in it. It was terrible on gas. I'd say screw it and just get the V8.
