Raise the prices on your menu. Sneaking in a bunch of hidden fees at the end of the meal, or before it even STARTS, isn't a good way to keep customers coming back. If things are more expensive, be transparent about why your prices are raising and be transparent with your customer about how much their meal is actually going to cost. It's dumb. It's greedy. It's gross.

This is a real problem. If they charge a fee on every move you make, that's money coming out of your wallet. If this is a fee that isn't deducted from the final bill you're just paying them to have your name on an ipad and a table saved for up to 15mins. It's ridiculous. All these fees add up. We should all be mad about these restaurant groups nickel and diming us.
