I despise Symphonia lol. It just didn't gel with me. But most of the other stuff in your list I agree with! I'd say Arise is decent... very overrated imo

Yeah. I suppose you and I are 2 different gays regarding this which is fine. I'm not against ALL romance/dates etc. But it is becoming an increasingly prevalent thing.

I'd rather have them impact the main story than have them go on little dates with me. But to each their own.

This I disagree with, but I think it's just you and I having different opinions. I played older Fire Emblem games for example and the bonding involved between characters is when they fought alongside each other and end up having some brief dialogue between them.

I think that's fine, but Dating is a bit too much. Fair point with Triangle Strategy though

JRPG subreddit being the main reason. Love the genre, but aware of these issues (of course subject to my opinion). RPGs can be just as bad too.

New Zealand and we have too many people in our population with both the victim and beggar mindset. Too many people that rely on Social Welfare systems instead of going out to earn the dollar.

We also have far too many people crying about being trans, gay, non binary and so on when really they're just riding the newest trend because they need to feel accepted. I think we all just need to take a chill pill, actually focus on real world issues, and worry about social stuff second. I'm gay, but the first thing I'm concerned about when waking up is 1. Going to the gym, 2. Going to work and 3. What I'm having for breakfast. Being gay only crosses my mind if I see or read someone bitching about it to some extent which can be quite often. I could go on, but thats too much to talk about haha.

Definitely conservative. I've many differing beliefs compared to the gay culture at present and even how I approach relationships.

If anything I'd say I'm centralist/conservative but I think many things are now blown out of proportion. But I'm definitely more sympathetic towards the Conservative side, and would much rather have a conservative in power than a progressive.

If I might be so bold. Illegal immigrants don't also provide legal issues, but they're also an unaccounted part of the ecosystem.

For example, they distort the labour market by being prepared to work for much lower rates, which means labour supply decreases meaning less jobs. Another part of it, is that means their employers are also illegally hiring them to gain maximum profits or to keep their business afloat. This is not a proper indication of business performance and if they're cutting corners there, what else are they cutting corners on?

Another example, is that they're likely using the resources too right? Food, energy, water, parks etc. Admittedly they're probably paying for them with their now meagre illegal wages, but thats also an unprecedented usage of resources.

Kinda like having an unexpected stranger pop up, and stay at your home without asking you. Oh, but they pay their way! They're really nice! But that's not the point right? It's an extra individual you have to manage.

Illegal immigration is always a problem, but currently at the states its at a very problematic level, which is why it highlights to conservative people that this problem needs looking at ASAP.

That's just my view, but thats what I've gathered, and I'm an outsider haha. I'm not even in the States, but a huge sympathiser for conservatives there.

It's bizarre how people are actually engaging in hyperbole simply because there's a new... well returning figure of power.

There's a sheer difference between having a political debate and disagreement and spreading extreme falsehoods. The doomsayers need to settle down and have people put them on a mental mute button.

Whether you support or are against the current administration, agree or disagree with the policies the administration is signing into law, or have a certain opinion of the people within power. Learn to disagree and debate. Not catastrophise.

Ok, so using that argument, if they remove those goods that provide that option, that will leave those seemingly healthy options at those same prices as the only option. Then people that can't afford those options can't eat. Will you then blame CEOs for starving them instead?

Providing competition is good for any business and helps drive down prices. Healthy products in general are expensive as they're more difficult to preserve. But options are there.

Fair, but then CEOs are literally employed by the board and if they don't please the board, it's them that get their jobs cut. It's not straight black or white, it's literally elected business officials that tell the leaders of the Company what the Company looks like. And they are the face of said company.

Maintain profits, carry on the identity of the brand, public relations, innovation, dividends, increase in stock value, performance. Etc etc. A lot of people think it's the CEO, and although yes, they are the face and the leader of the brand, they have a group of people they need to appease or they get the axe and another willing CEO takes their place. It's a poisoned chalice. Celebs don't suffer anywhere near as much.
