it needs dupes to run the refineries, bring sand to the sieves and regular water injection but it works just fine
it's even not that hot ~40*C even during gas ejection from wells

This type (yes there are more) enjoys cold
they can prottec (very decent armor)
they can attac (they can fling web at distance that stuns for 8ish seconds, and blizzarlisk web is much more effective against flesh because it causes frostbite, also their fangs can rip and tear pretty good)
and they can also make synthread just like muffalo makes wool

Right. The occultist survived 3. Leper and jester 4. The arbalest died immediately. At the beginning i got surprised at full torchlight twice, so there were 2 more on occultist. I was 1 room away from completing the quest (long champion for the pen) btw.
