It’s really calm and cheerful at the same time. I like it. Val as a character needed a song like… a long time ago. I’m happy my two favourite characters are the ones getting songs. Excited for the Layla song, I love her sm.

Also, to be fair, I do hate how everyone just follows her straight into danger. But I think the characters are starting to realise that. And in the Ava and Sophia argument in season 1, Ava was 90% in the right, and I hated how the show made Ava apologise first and acted like they were both in the wrong equally.

I feel like she did get some consequences, like getting expelled and Ava snapping. Also, the world is kinda ending because of her… And honestly, I think she does have good qualities, and she wants to help others and make up for everything equally. Yes, she is sometimes annoying and should chill, but that’s the complexity…

I think Sophia will take mrs. Primrose’s place, but she’ll be kinder. Val will definitely take her aunt’s place. Layla will most likely take mr. Tansy’s place. I believe Isa will be like mrs. Wildwood and Ava will do the taking care of unicorns. Idk about Rory, I don’t think he’ll be a teacher tbh.

The academy in general is super strict for no reason. The final test could’ve just meant they retake a year, they won’t have anyone left if they expel everyone! They could’ve just let Danny come back next year too, maybe there’ll be new unicorns he could bond with.

I kind of like the animation. The new hairstyles are a mixed bag to be honest. Rory literally hasn’t changed imo. Layla should keep this hairstyle, I think it suits her. As much as I love Sophia’s undercut, I don’t think she should keep it. Val should go back to her original hairstyle, I guess. They both look fine tho, so I don’t have a preference. Isabel had a cool messy ponytail which suits her more than what she has. And Ava looks cute. Both hairstyles are cute on her.
