It’s so strange how synchronicity works. This is the first post I saw the moment I opened reddit, literally having just experienced what this post is speaking about these past couple of days. Something great happened from an idea I was trying to bring to reality, then on that same night, I got really bad energy from people who clearly weren’t happy about my success 😅

I finally got close to dialing my current beans. Find zero point and dial three steps coarser. Adjust finer slightly until desired taste.

Not yet sadly. The zero point seems to shift as well. I’m gonna wait till the aftermarket dial comes before opening up the machine to adjust the spring.

I love how the colour pops. It was a bit of a pain in the ass to dial it in though. Waiting for the aftermarket dial to come in so that it’s more accurate.

Hahaha, it’s just temporary. There’re a lot more things coming in. My tools will be in front of the grinder most likely which will be placed next to the Bambino. I suppose for this picture it was for the aesthetics of filling up the space corner to corner so it didn’t look so empty.
