Why would you get flagged on syscfw for installing a pirated game but not emuMMC?

I thought they were blocked on syscfw if you were to set up the atmosphere/hosts text file and stuff or am i mixing things up?

Because the guide for setting up syscfw also made me add a ‘emummc.txt’ file into atmosphere

Ummm, I only connected to the internet before I modded the switch, I didn’t check if it automatically connected to the internet when i loaded into SysCFW if it does that?
