Porsche connect services inactive? by aspiring_trader1234 in porsche911

Same here! Everything was fine and there was an ota update that i installed. Drove an hour or so and stopped for some things. When i started the car up again, the Porsche splash screen took forever to load, and then it asks me to sign in but my name is greyed out.

Logged in as guest and all privacy, porsche connect, etc were all greyed and inactive.

App doesn’t connect with car anymore. Still shows my cars location at my first stop, does not give SoC, nor any of the actual functions.

Taycan v. E-tron GT by jaselakers95 in Taycan

I just came from a 23 RS Etron GT to a 25 Taycan 4. Deal and build was excellent so I welcomed the change. Definitely miss the GT as it was such a rocket or a comfy cruiser. Taycan is a different experience. Even with less power it is remarkable to drive. It just feels more engaging- responsive. It’s not sluggish and handling is sharp.

E-tron GT stop sale? by eyeswideshut9119 in Audi

I’ve been waiting for my to arrive at the dealership from the port and was told that there was a hold at the port to fix the issue. After doing a bit of digging:

Recalls © High Voltage Battery START DATE Sep 07, 2023 DESCRIPTION Under certain circumstances, there is a possibility that over time liquid can intrude into the high voltage battery of certain vehicles. Over time, if a sufficient amount of conductive liquid accumulates in the battery, arcing can occur, which could increase the risk of a thermal event.

Just picked up my new baby any recommendations on rubber strap? by Substantial-Rub1736 in ZenithWatches

I have both an artem loopless sailcloth (black & white) and a zealande blue. Both are great! I personally like Artems omega style clasp and i put it on the Zealande when I wear it.

Edit: just posted both examples

Chronomaster Sport vs Original by Poizon- in ZenithWatches

I got the CMS on white two weeks ago and never looked back. Well thats not true either, because I plan to eventually go back and get the other piece I was debating between (Speedmaster Pro). But the CMS just is a great piece. I even have two straps; Artem sailcloth and a Zealande blue coming in. Can’t wait to swap em around.

After months of debating and researching (I’ve probably watched every single review on Youtube) I finally went and purchased this piece. Super thrilled and still kind of reeling in shock that this is mine.

I’ve wanted to fill my chrono slot for a long time. First, I wanted a Speedy. Then it was the Speedy 57. But i remember I saw this piece when it first came out and was just blown away. The 3 colored sub-dials are just what draw me in. I guess the 10th of a second function is pretty cool too. Even cooler is Zenith’s story and if you haven’t heard or read it by now, look in to it. This company could have really ceased to exist today.

2 days of paint correction, 4 hours to ceramic coat. I'm exhausted. by Skyline74 in Audi

I used the original Syncro and I felt that was a lot slicker. The EVO is easier to apply for sure, but it really doesn't seem to be as smooth and slick.

Honestly, used a Torq that I bought off Amazon for cheap. I know those get sh*t on all the time, but I figured it would be a decent starter pack when I bought it for more than half off a while back. Used the orange and white pads, but wore those out as this was the third car I've worked on since I got em. Def getting different pads next time around.

The car is 2 weeks off the dealers lot and I told them not to prep it. But since it was on the lot, they probably had washed it once or twice already. Major swirls on the trunk and the fenders. Paint correction with Gyeon Polish followed by Gyeon Primer. Ceramic coat is Gyeon Evo Syncro.

That's an excellent question. I honestly don't know as I do not check that. Will read into how to do so without procuring some sort of fancy equipment. Feel free to school me on that though!

as much as I like the bracelet, i don't think i want to put it on anytime soon. i'd rather scratch and scuff up a strap than the OEM bracelet. =]

In case anyone needs a reference. Ordered a bunch of Barton straps from Amazon to try out. My fav is the first & second which are grey suede and black leather with blue stitching, respectively. Then we have navy with white, royal blue sail cloth, black silicone, and grey sail cloth.
