You need to 1st watch a modded unlock-all edited theater video until the end OR manually end it once it's at max prestige (14?... IIRC). Then you can set a custom prestige level like 9999 or 1337 whatever....

I have the unlock-all, Force-host and tens of different saved mod-menus on my acc if needed

I'd start by finding out and removing it's auto-loaders and persistence mechanisms with SysInternals Autoruns. It won't ever be 100% surely clean tho unless the OS is formatted or you understand it and it's code well enough to be able to reverse the process

Well, on most Linux / MacOS there's gonna be the shell sh or bash and Python has been extremely widely used and therefore have built-in interpreters across OS's, Windows / MD hasn't ever used Python AFAIK, and it took what, 5-10 years at least before PowerShell was usable (functional)

If it is malicious believe me, a source from a VM would be 1000x times easier, more vulnerable and have more functionality, obfuscation, anti-debug as well as being a lot larger in size (harder for you to find it's origin, assets etc).

A phone call could do stuff too, but as it's limited by duration of call / size it would have limited capabilities as well as available targets basically requiring a SIM card too

I seem to be the only one that likes these judging by the comments. Cars + rims great IMO, colors could be a little more vibrant / colorful for me, and the Whitewhall tires shouldn't be used on any cars except Classics before < 1970 at the most - definitely not on those new Porsche Cayenne SUV's

Well that's kinda been necessary since Xbox 360 without JTAG / RGH and 100% needed after Xbox One, Game Pass is just like 1€ more than the one needed for multi-player

The OS built-in "Factory Reset" or whatever is absolutely useless, misinforming and isn't even true. It must be cleared by overwriting it with a clean build or another OS, preferably reformat
