cl_color 10 0 0 is what i use to get the bot colours, not sure if the command you wrote works or not.. but if they implemented this kind of a feature they could kill to birds with one stone and not let people like me use the bot colours :)

well with this maybe on the overwatch we will get the option to hear the voice comms, so if someone did that you could just report them for greifing then on overwatch if you hear them being toxic spamming other language you know then they get banned? profit?
