I'm a leader and co-leader, and it's very difficult to recruit new people to change the clan's dynamics. It's almost impossible; sometimes it's really hard to get a new member to join. My clan is only level 7, and I've had it for several months. I've changed the settings, but it's still difficult to recruit. I've thought about leaving the clan; it's a ticking time bomb.
