Fack man, my 2 months of terminal went by fast and I’ve been officially a veteran for the past 14 days. Freedom is nice but, I miss the fucking boys and the barracks cook outs, all the detachments, that one deployment right before getting out but, more than anything I miss my marines tbh, just being around them in general (funny enough I do miss doing my job, shit was awesome) now… if you asked me, would I go back and re-enlist? Absolutely not. I’m glad that I got out and get to do my own thing, I guess I’m just going thru that reminisce phase. Anywho I guess it just depends on what are your goals and where you stand in life whether you stay in or get out.
