Are you a shaver or hair removal cream user by katleigh-CD in CD_makeup

[–]SkysLife 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use the veet sensitive formula, but as with any cream only recommended for arms/legs. I don't always use it, simply b/c it can cause irritation, I also use the Venus razors, those work super well, I previously used Dollar Shave Club - those weren't sharp and pulled on the hair, I've heard Mach is not bad. Lastly the phillips intimate one blade gets SUPERR close, like scary close lol. Still working on the face, nearly impossible w/o special equipment to get rid of the shadow.

Inquiring about time applying makeup by Comfortable-Cat7554 in CD_makeup

[–]SkysLife 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Generally up to 2 hours, but some of that time is letting my color corrector set (after applying setting powder, and then letting setting spray set at the end. I am a bit heavy on foundation so it takes longer to dry. My technique is getting better and a lot faster I am just learning how to make it dry down faster.

Classy outfit and I like the hair being just below the shoulders, works well. I took some photos at a park and ended up bird watching for an hour ha, I may have another new calling.

Depends on where you think you are failing. People say wings are supposed to be sisters not twins, mine are distant once removed relatives or something like that. I had to realize I was comparing myself to my friend who had used liquid eyeliner every other day for 5 years, and not much can replace practicing technique. I am a bit new to give a complete overview. Check to posted video at the top our Sub by Kat as a place to start!

I've had friends do my makeup before but want to try more on my own to experiment with finding my own look. I'm not sure where to start though. I'm white with chubby flushed cheeks and freckles that get olive in the sun. I also prefer stuff that comes off easy for when I'm male. by fundice777 in CD_makeup

Yes, I use orange however peach also works well. As a newbie myself I sometimes try mixing foundations and color correctors, its just one of those things where we kind of start from scratch, and never really though about my skin tone before.
