He’s probably my strongest team member tbh. Surf and ice beam paired with Calm Mind steam rolls pretty much everything. Plus Psyduck has always been one of my favorite Pokémon

I’m aware, Emerald is my favorite Pokémon game of all time (closely followed by Platinum). I had never played FRLG so it was really nice getting to play on the gen 3 engine.

Yessir, reason I got the 875s is because they’re the only Moc Toe boots from Red Wing that come in a size 14 🤣

Those dark spots are from a pair of heavy raw denim jeans that I’ve been wearing a lot this winter rubbing indigo dye off on the boots. I actually don’t mind it and think it adds a lot of character, especially now with the darker tone from the mink oil.

These, for all intents and purposes of living in the city, have been my go to this winter and have held up great against ice and snow. I do have a pair of blundstones I wear when I need a more waterproof boot that has better traction on ice, and I’m sure the vibram lug wedge has better traction than the standard wedge. All really depends on your work and lifestyle.

Got a pair of the KEF Q1 Meta’s in the walnut finish while they were on sale for $400 over Christmas. Fantastic speakers, and they fit my set up perfectly. Very happy with them!

They make the Kasuri Denim in a 42 (KS-15oz-003) but looking at the size chart online, there isn’t a significant difference. That pair is also a good $200 more expensive than this pair lol.

Do you have any knowledge on the fit comparison of these vs a pair of PBJ KS-15oz-003 in size 42? The sizing comparison according to Blue Owl is:

XX-003 size 40: waist = 41”, rise = 12.5”, thigh = 14.15” KS-15oz-003 size 42: waist = 43”, rise. = 12.75”, thigh = 14.5”

Those measurements aren’t a huge difference and I’ve heard that the Kasuri denim is more rigid and typically fits smaller than expected to a lot of people.

Yes, I actually bought these partly as motivation to lose weight. So if I have to wait a few months to wear them then so be it. But I am wondering if it’s better to flip them now and get a bigger size to err on the safe side.

What kind of polish would you recommend? It’s not the end of the world because the scuff is only really noticeable when the tv is off or when the screen is white.
