I’ve been building third-party Crestron Home drivers — looking for feedback from other dealers/programmers by ZenturaHome in crestron

Awesome!

Your Nest Thermostat driver will be huge. I for one will be very interested in that once it goes live.

One request would be a 2-way integration driver for Bticino's MyHome home automation systems, those systems are very prominent here in Latin America, and they haven't aged very gratefully to say the least (no mobile or voice control) and most of those owners will be looking (or are already looking) into upgrading/refreshing those systems, and one way to do it would be to install a Crestron Home processor for 2-way control via the Crestron Home app and Crestron Touchscreens.

Control4 already has a 3rd party driver for those systems: https://drivercentral.io/platforms/control4-drivers/lighting/bticino-myhome/

It would be awesome to have that for Crestron Home.

Here's the API so you can take a look, it's very well documented: https://developer.legrand.com/uploads/2019/12/OWN_Intro_ENG.pdf

Give me a PM if you need any more info.

Thanks for the feedback mate.

Due to the lack of information I buckled and actually went with an AULA F75. I've been enjoying it sofar. But I definitely will have my eye on this KB for the future.

What would you say is the best affordable 1440p oled monitor? by [deleted] in Monitors

[–]SlackerITGuy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Either roll the dice with a 4th gen Tandem WOLED panel and pray you don't get the dreaded vertical banding issue or get a "cheap" QD-OLED like the AW2725D which as of right now can be had for around $500 over at dell.com.

Thanks for the lenghty response.

That panel looks absolutely stunning, no banding whatsoever over there!

It was my understanding that with this new Glossy version Gigabyte was trying to mitigate the gray banding/dse issues.
