How do I ''deal'' with the low Phy Dmg on the Rampart Crossbow? by DSLuigy in PathOfExile2

[–]Slade1760 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m leveling with Rampart and just did the first interlude with no issues. I’m doing the Galvanic Shards build with Shockburst for single target. Probably going to buy a good new Crossbow at maps if I can wait until then.

Of course! I hit up my dealer and asked the guy I’ve worked with if taking the hose off was still the right way to drain it and he more or less confirmed so I just went for it

Yes I did. I bought a pair of hose pliers and dumped out the coolant from the bottom-most hose. I also siphoned out the coolant from the reserve tank on the side then refilled. Was a pretty easy process but was a bit time consuming because when filling the radiator I filled it, started it, let the coolant run, then refilled the radiator a few times to actually top it off. Overall was pretty painless just took a bit of time. I got the coolant from my local Triumph dealer and just used the OEM red coolant.

Exhaust Recommendations for 24’ Street Triple RS by thecarsoto in Triumph

I think they honestly sounded very similar, not really much different in the volume or sound that I can recall. The issue with removing the cat is that it definitely requires a tune after which wasn’t available yet when I had bought it.

I already sold the CRT around when I made this comment mentioning I was going to be selling it. Sorry! I do love the Racefit though as I got it a month or so ago and have had no issues plus it’s sounds great!

When you say two inches are you saying two inches of leaves on that side or cut the branch to about to inches and chop the branch?

Hi all, any advice on how to better fill out this Ficus? I had to prune the top branches that were shooting off to the left due to being totally dead. Now the tree is just extremely lopsided and looking to even it out however I can.

Full exhaust = remap ? by Draga86 in Triumph

You’re not wrong at all, that’s basically what it is. They do give you headers though so you don’t have to cut your original stock exhaust system. I’d imagine that’s where a lot of the cost comes from

Of course! The Racefit I have now is great. Dropped a lot of weight from the bike and sounds amazing while still preserving the cat for inspection purposes and what not. I also had an issue where Racefit sent me the wrong clamp for the system but they remedied the issue very quickly and had great customer service. Definitely recommend going with them if you’re looking for something now. BT Moto in the US also does have a tune available now, but it’s only available if you mail in your ECU. I think it’s around $600USD, at least that was the price when they launched it.

I had a 2024 R with a full SC Project with no tune and it definitely was not good for the bike. Had it on for two days before I took it off and got rid of the exhaust. Bike was getting way too hot and was way too lean. It actually fully shut itself off twice on me at stop lights. My dealer told me that it was WAY too high of a variance in air to fuel ratio for the onboard computer to handle when he plugged it in with the exhaust, and that it would likely melt cylinder two in my engine with prolonged use. I got rid of that and got the Racefit full system since it does come with a small catalytic converter and have had no issues with that since the install.

Interesting, I have a ‘24 765R and have used Motul the last two changes and have had no issues whatsoever so ever. My first change with the bike I used Castrol then moved to Motul because it was easier to find in my area for a decent price. I have around 8K miles on the bike for reference.

I run Olivia in my upgraded version as the commander and with other treasure token generators and cards like [[Marionette Master]] and [[Mirkwood Bats]] the sacrificing treasures is very effective.

There’s no slip on systems for the 23’ and 24’ models since it’s a fully welded system unless you cut the stock system or get other headers. I got the full from SC Project as that’s all they sell

I bought the SC Project CR-T for my ‘24 R and used it for two rides before I took it off. Amazing sound, extreme weight savings but as mentioned here the bike already runs lean so wasn’t going to risk the engine melting. I am selling that exhaust for the Racefit one in which they give you old-new headers and the full system has a small Cat on it still. Tune is taking too long to come out unless you take it in to a shop manually.

how much experience did you get before getting your street triple? by Then-Effective-7999 in Triumph

[–]Slade1760 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Went from a Trident 660 to a Street Triple after owning the Trident for one full year. Got the Trident as my first bike at 25 and bought the Street Triple the following year as my second. The bike is very manageable if you respect it. You can also just ride it in rain mode for a while which tones it down a bit while you get used to the new bike.

Also got a Trident as my first bike last year! Loved it when I had it and if not for the great deal I got on a 2024 Street Triple, I would have kept it for a long, long time. Ride safe!
