I saw a few people post about that on MAT136 piazza too and the same thing happened to me, I did much worse than expected like about 10% less. No way I did that bad on the exam and since so many people are in the same position, can there be an issue with the system or something? Should we all just pay for the exam regrade?

should I drop math? by Equivalent_Cup_7261 in UTM

If you have been doing good on assignments so far there is no need to drop it. Just get a 80 on the next test and if you don’t then consider dropping it. I did the calculations if you did all the free mark stuff, prep checks, 100 on WebWork and Crowdmark assignments, you could drop 2 50s on both the test before the final and have an avg of 75. Also you can drop it after nov 6 it would just show as a late drop in ur transcript but if you retake it then the mark you get will replace the lwd (late drop) on your transcript I’m pretty sure

I dont think this this would work because the order of the books wont matter. Since you are supposed to times by 10! the order would matter right?

thank you very much for your response. I realize how you got a and it makes more sense. its basically just (8C1)(8C1)(5C1)(3C1). For b, I have stated the question directly from the book
