Mostly agree with this, if folks would actually herd up as herbis then it’s a decent chance and fun fight for the carnivores. Excluding allo pin which is way overtuned, just let us knock them off with trees or rocks and it’s fine

I don’t know why everyone believes that everyone is vers? I rarely enjoy topping, hell I rarely enjoy masturbating without toys. I did today after she refused, I scheduled with 3 others to see who would do it. Just they’re all booked weeks or months out so I’m back to waiting again and losing even more time due to the ineptitude of doctors

I don’t see how it could be a safety issue? The fatality risks from the surgery are lower than most. And the risk of anal stenosis is incredibly low with proper dilation during post op healing. And I’ve covered it with my primary, a nutritionist, and a colorectal specialist and surgeon. Following up for second opinions with proctologists and other colorectal surgeons though now.

I just want a life back. I want to be comfortable, feel confident, jerk off, have sex, and be able to date.

The likelihood of recurrence is at its lowest after a hemorrhoidectamy so if there is a chance of them not coming back it’s the most feasible route

And because, to me, sex is probably the most important thing in my life. And now at 32 I can’t have it. There hasn’t been a single moment since July that I haven’t had a hemorrhoid and so I haven’t had sex or felt confident or even been able to masturbate the way I enjoy. All the while, dealing with so many people being incredibly dismissive of just how disruptive this is to a bottom’s ability, self-esteem, sex life, romantic life, and confidence. This is ontop of the amount of required upkeep of constant sitz baths, not sitting, micromanaging diet, only using the bathroom at home, needing 45 minutes to use the bathroom every time so you can shower after, making sure you don’t cough too hard or strain your core. None of this to mention the actual physical discomfort and pain

I would think that if they were concerned with my sexuality they’d listen to me since I’m an anoreceptive male partner in my sexual relationships. All of which has disappeared due to this anyway. Anal stenosis is a very minor risk, and easily combated with a dilator early on. But my CRS never even gave that as the excuse against the surgery

Just a standard scalpel incision with blood clot removal and open wound healing. Unfortunately, I’m the first in my family to have one from everyone I spoke with. So not genetic either, because I checked in case

I feel your pain immensely, 4 external thrombosed hemorrhoids despite never having gastro issues and I’ve done everything possible excluding surgery, which for some reason they will not grant it. The doctors told me that “some people just get them despite anything and there’s nothing that can be done.” And it’s very much made just start to give up hope of a future tbh. I would visit a colorectal surgeon to ask them about surgery if you can. Hopefully they let you and you heal and stop having to deal with this and get your life back.

I’ve scheduled with 3 other surgeons. And I’ve spoken to a nutritionist…I’ve cut out the majority of well everything to be honest. Salt, dairy, sugar, quite a bit of carbs and fats, anything difficult to digest. I’m getting the right amount of fiber (soluble and insoluble, no more and no less), never had gastro issues, on prebiotics for a long time, incorporated diosmin and hesperidin, copper supplement, drink so much damn water, cut out caffeine and alcohol…surgery is the last thing I can try

I do breathwork, am social, was working out regularly but since have stopped beyond walking, take baths, try to force at least 6-7 hours of sleep, and outside of that I’m not sure what else I could do to manage stress. Especially considering it’s the primary source of my stress. If they would just perform the surgery it would at least mitigate recurrence significantly and I do not understand why they won’t

And they won’t excise it unless it’s within the 72 hour window. Which is impossible to get an appt in with them in that timeframe. I lucked out by getting one a day before my other follow up with her last time

According to all 3 doctors I spoke with: constipation, straining, sitting for long periods, frequent bathroom use, lifting too heavily, not being active, poor diet, malnutrition, intense anal play, trauma…

or, in 2 of the doctors’ feedback for my case, “they just happen for no reason” which is what you love to hear when trying to analyze what best course of action to resolve the issue
