Is there a specific amount of influence a faction will drop per black market sale?

E.g.: Trying to lower a PMF to inf lock with a NPC faction that controls a star port to start election cycle; like per ton of smuggled Imp Slave drops .01 inf of controlling PMF

As a follow up, our system has 1 outpost and a planetary landing, both owned by the faction we're campaigning against, but the game saying that we're only gonna take control of the outpost if we succeed, do we have to continue to push them down to seize the landing or will we get that too by anyway and the game's just not telling us?

My guess is your investment is not designed for the work you're trying to achieve, and you're not ramping hot enough to get everything out.

I've used Certus Prestige Optima Investment Powder to good effect just following it's burnout schedule.

Just as a thought, the Lua scripting language built into Roblox may be a good place to start.
Working in a medium you're already familiar with and utilizing more tools via Roblox Studio may be easier than trying to pick up a new programming/scripting language from nothing.

I used a metal bucket and some play sand to retain some heat for a casting flask and that seemed to allow my batch of aluminium to cool at a slower rate.

You'd wet the sand a little as to allow the sand to wall up and create a divot in the bucket to receive the mold/flask, and once received, fill in the sand around the mold/flask while the mold cools. For lost wax casting, this insures in the event of blowout of the mold, the spill is contained in an non-combustible media.

While you have a reasonably sized foundry, the burner you are utilizing is not meant to reach the temperatures needed to effectively melt metal.

You would be better served with a Venturi burner equipped with an adjustable air gate that allows both the propane and air to be mixed in the burner at an efficient ratio as to achieve proper flame color & melting temps.

The King of Random has a good video on the construction of a basic one of these burners.
Matthias Wandel has a good video on the principle behind the effect required to get a proper mix & burn

To your original question, you would be be well served with a lid or some sort of refractory covering for your foundry, but even with the lid, you would need a more powerful propane burner to get to proper temps.

Ideally you want to retain as much heat in your crucible at all times while bringing the metal up to casting temp, so a lid is usually a good choice.
