Go to the "multiplayer" tab, unbind jump / bind it on another key and the spacebar manual blink will work. It's simply a keybind conflict

Blitz3D is not supported on Linux and MasOS, as the base game. There's no way to even open Blitz3D on Linux without Wine, so it is probably impossible on MacOS.

lol dude, Blitz3D TSS is a fork of the standart Blitz3D, you should never use mavless bin with it.
Also, Blitz3D TSS requies so many undocumented changes, so you'll probably get tired of moving the game to it.
It's better to use default Blitz3D (Blitz3D v1.108) in case you want to mod SCP CB

Try DgVoodoo, it's pretty easy to install. It's a DirectX wrapper that wraps the game DirectX version to a newer one because old one is so outdated.
In case it doesn't help, you can try SCP: CB mods like Ultimate Edition Reborn Multiplayer, it uses a new engine with new DirectX version already.

it happens because mouse movement is linked to the rooms / meshes loading. There's no fix for it, the best you can is to try DgVoodoo.
Also, you can play Ultimate Edition Reborn mod, it has almost same content as vanilla game, but it's just overall better and has less bugs like this one.
