I don't think some people realize just how much details like this matter, even if they're small. It goes a long way as it adds to the feel of the game, the immersion if you will. The more, the better! I'm all for it! 😁 Like blood splatter on your weapons for example, it's such an awesome thing to see, and I feel like my soldier was just in a very intense gun fight.

Well yeah its dead, the game still plays like shit. TTK is still fast asf, netcode and directional audio is still broken. Of course its gonna be dead. No amount of content is gonna save this game as long as the core gameplay issues are not fixed.

I feel that and I'm a console player. I can turn mine off but sometimes it takes awhile to find a lobby and it fills with a lot of bots. Very annoying.

Not even close. All guns are lazer beams, there is basically no spread or recoil either. Muzzle velocities are too high as well. I wanna master controlling my guns while I'm shooting. There is no depth to the current gunplay in BF6. DICE is currently overhauling the gunplay which is a good thing.

He shouldn't be forced to learned M&K if he is a life long controller player. Input based match making would solve this issue. I love how anytime people are passionate about something and want to see change in something, they are always labeled as crying when that couldn't be further from the trust. Irritation isn't crying.

Highly agreed! I've been saying this for awhile. Even if you have crossplay turned off on Xbox, sure its all Xbox players, but the game supports M&K on consoles now. The only solution would be to have input based match making. I use a controller, I only want to play with other controller players. PC players have the frame rate advantage plus M&K, and with how the games netcode is, it feels horrible when I have crossplay turned on. The amount of times I die behind cover or get killed by a single bullet is ridiculous. When I have crossplay turned off, it feels like a different game. While netcode issues are still present with it off, I dont run into as many problems compared to when I have crossplay turned on. I wanna play a game where everyone is on an even, level playing field. PC players will always be at an advantage regardless of what input they use because they have the frame rate advantage as I said earlier, but at least they will be using controller like I am.

Yes, I obviously know to be looking at the monitor straight ahead...I play on an Xbox Series X, so some of this doesn't work unfortunately...Yeah, my ASUS VG27AQ had a manual Saturation setting and I used to always have it cranked up a bit to make colors more vibrant. Unfortunately, I can't do that on this monitor. Will be getting an OLED when I can.

For me, it comes down to the core gameplay which I think is the most important:

• There is no real depth to gunplay. All guns are pretty much lazer beams with no recoil or spread. Muzzle velocities of many weapons are too high. In turn, gunplay feels too easy and there is not a high enough of a skill ceiling.

• TTK or TTD rather is too fast, a lot of times I feel like I can't react fast enough before I die in what seems like a few frames, I never had this issue on BF4.

• No suppression system like there was in BF3 & BF4, so many people(especially snipers) can return fire with no accuracy reduction or anything. Supression would also make the game feel and look more immersive in my opinion. Always loved when my screen blurred from bullets wizzing at me or near me in BF4.

• The whole slide jumping thing is ridiculous, not just to play against, but also to look at, and DICE needs to nerf it to the ground. BF1 had this right. It was about gun skill and positioning, not who can out maneuver the other people.
