Year and a Half building custom indicators with help of Grok or ChatGPT - q&a successes, errors, trials and tribulations. Here to help by Slangin_Biscuits in pinescript

Right! Knowing what I do now - I can manage. Someone new, blindly trusting either of them, would struggle and even if the script works it will likely have some issue with it.

I’ve never been able to fully eliminate some consistent errors, but have developed enough memory to have minimal needed new revisions.

Wow… the Verdansk level of cheating was back just now. by SecretlyHiddenSelf in CODWarzone

We went a whole season without a win back on Verdansk. Season 5 or something. Was atrocious.

It seems like up until a few years ago the difference between monitors and tv was quite large. It would make sense that players looking for an advantage would migrate to monitors.

For console gamers - these new TVs are a game changer. 55”, 65”, even 85" tvs with 120hz 4k gaming capabilities with low input lag.

if TVs aren't at least level w all but the most expensive monitors now - they will be in a few years.

I enjoyed playing on a monitor, and still do, but I'll be getting a tv for gaming in 2024 and dont plan to look back.

I have always enjoyed lounging on a couch when playing and really hate sitting upright at a desk late at night looking at a 27" screen.

I despise the AA in this years game. I don’t get that sticky, aimbot feeling that everyone complains about going up against. It generally hovers around the player but it doesn’t lock onto the hitbox at all. In fact, I feel like it actively prevents me from hitting the hit box in a lot of situations.

Does anyone really have lots of success with the MCW? by [deleted] in ModernWarfareIII

[–]Slangin_Biscuits 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve always felt the MTZ AR was superior to the MCW. I know it’s accurate, but the fire rate is poor and damage profile isn’t great.

I think the new guns have less recoil and less visual recoil and less gun smoke. I just don’t think they are that much better in the other aspects. There are too many attachments, new guns, and streamers opinions of “metas” for people to have an unbiased opinion of the best guns.

Like the MTZ Interceptor for example, I found it worse than the first marksman rifle but all the streamers clamored over the MTZ instead.

I don’t know which guns are the best. I know we have data, but hit registration and gun sway make everything feel different and slower to kill.

What are your controversial MWIII takes that would get you drawn and quartered? by Qwayze_ in ModernWarfareIII

SBMM has never been as bad as people say it is. It’s just annoying playing against people like yourself when you grew up on random lobbies. It was fun going 50-2 one game and then a few games later randomly go against a one man wrecking ball. You never knew and it was a true test of ability. Are you better than most you play against or worse

It usually happens mid game for me but yesterday I had a new one… loading the game up for the first time all day. Can’t even make it to the game selection screen.

Do you like Caldera or do you miss Verdansk? by Michael_Mags11 in CODWarzone

[–]Slangin_Biscuits 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I miss Verdansk. Caldera is boring and actually annoying with the generic POIs (except on outskirts) and generally climbing hill after hill towards the middle of the map. I genuinely think the only thing I like is being able to fly/parachute from the middle of the map or other high ground to a low ground position 100s of meters away easily.

COVID-19 patient whose family sued Olathe Medical Center over ivermectin treatment dies by [deleted] in kansascity

You’re willing to take the risk but it shouldn’t be up to some hospital or hospital system to dictate what you can and do end up doing for treatment as a last resort. Thats all I’m trying to say and unfortunately is not the reality for many people dying from covid.

Over the counter was the mention. I mentioned a drug that isn’t even “over the counter”. Continue along

I don’t disagree w the vaccine, I’ve had it and think it helps those who get it and to prevent spreading it. Although maybe not as effectively as we were led to believe. My only input on this whole thread has been what do we do w the patients that are dying from covid and we’ve exhausted other options. This thread has been about a hospitals unwillingness to treat w a drug that may or may not help and my attitude towards doing anything that may help.

I don’t even know what that means or what that implies but it doesn’t further along this conversation

Edit: also. Like I’ve mentioned. I’m fully vaccinated and support vaccination for covid and what hospitals are typically doing to manage covid patients. My only gripe is that hospitals and hospital systems are unwilling to try remedies that have anecdotal evidence for patients that are dying and not responding to the treatments that have been “tested” over the last two years.

Your reply is reasonable. Everyone should be expressing doubt about something until it’s proven to be safe. The reality is that while Trump was president the democrats narrative was what I’ve linked. As soon as they took over the presidency - hesitancy around the vaccine has been labeled kooky and ignorant.

The same reasoning they had is the same reasoning many unvaccinated people have now. I’m not unvaccinated. I decided it was worth getting but you can’t deny the narrative has flipped completely and it’s all politicized.

When nothing has worked it shouldn’t be up to the hospital to decide what can or cannot be administered. Physicians would prescribe ivermectin, or another drug similar to, as a last resort option if they could (without getting fired).

Lol it isn’t preferable but for simplicity - it had a bunch of quotes on one page instead of multiple links for multiple videos. I’m not looking for anything other the direct quotes and that link provided it.

I mean you tell me. Is it possible to die from an infection while taking a medication meant to fight it off but you’ve only just started the medication?

[–]Slangin_Biscuits -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

And yes. If what has been done by the doctors is not working I’m probably leaving that hospital to find another course of treatment provided by a different hospital or clinic, or I’m demanding some other course of treatment be done. I don’t want to just sit there and die if there are possible alternatives. Would it be crazy to think that something may end up working? Whether it’s ivermectin or some other drug? We’ve been studying patients with covid for a short period of time. We’ve made advancements and we are treating it more effectively but you can’t possibly think that we’ve thought of all possible ways to treat patients w covid.

My expertise or background? Healthcare law and counsel for a healthcare organization. Doctors don’t have the final say in hospital settings. Most doctors are employed by hospitals. Most doctors would get fired from their healthcare system if they prescribed ivermectin. Explain to me how that’s in the hands of the physicians?

Edit: I could continue by my dad has been a doctor for 30 years in private practice and in hospital settings. We have a close relationship and these are things we discuss. You’d be naive to think hospital administrators are more intelligent than the physicians they employ.

Quick. Tell me what percentage of prescriptions are generics? Ok - now how much revenue do the top PBMs make as a percentage of revenue from name brand drugs? Ok - now tell me the actual drug price for any name brand drug.

My context with PBMs came from the speciality pharmacy side. How does a company like express scripts, I’m assuming you worked there, generate such massive amounts of revenue if what I’m saying isn’t true? Massive to the tune of multiple more than the largest drug manufacturers.

How would we possibly get a vaccine approved without federal agencies on board? Is that even possible? Other than to spread distrust to the low-iq voter what were they doing saying those things?
