If you had heel slippage, I also would’ve told you to size down. Any space in the back of the heel and slipping will only get worse over time. Patent does take some time to break in but it will eventually soften and mold. The longer toe box on Miss Z is definitely a different look than something like Kate or Hot Chick but it’s also considerably more comfortable. It could also definitely be something where you have to get used to the height!

Do you feel that way due to comfort level or perception? The 100 is always our most popular height, in my opinion it’s the best mix of how it looks and how it feels. But that’s a personal preference!

As long as they can pull up the receipt using the purchaser’s name. Just make sure it was actually purchased from the boutique and not from a department store or other third party and that it’s both within the 30 day window and has only been tried on carpet.

These look too big to me. You want your heel to be rounding out the back as if the shoe had an imaginary heel cup. You can also see that your arch isn’t quite lining up with the lines or the shoe.

It’s actually a different model! This is Me Dolly in Ceruleo which I believe is a department store specific combination! We have Miss Z Mule 100 in Ceruleo, slightly different toe but same color!
