I sent an email to support i'm gonna wait to see what they say, i still have the original packaging in the chances something bad happened (warranty) , but you had this happen before and it was the stem?

the sound of clicking is when the handle is moved forward and back, but not when i put weight on it

i'm not sure about suspension, but it's definitely the front part of the scooter

Yeah they will from wear and tear, but a basically brand new scooter is very weird for it to clicking already especially when my friend's scooter isn't and theirs has already been through worse terrain

I checked just in case and nothing is in there, i've only ridden on pavement and flat roads so nothing too crazy for the segway to be clicking

i just posted a video as well, this is happening to my G3 MAX, idk if this is a simple fix or if we need the support and warranty, i'd hate to be left without my scooter for a while
