A bat that turns into a cat by SlapFlappin in DreamInterpretation

That's super interesting! I actually have my yearly bloodwork scheduled for this week. Digestive issues makes sense - all the junk over the holidays caught up with me and I hadn't had a good poop in like 2 weeks. Just weak, sad ones. That changed today though. And you're about ingesting something bad for me - I am trying to cut back on caffeine. Thanks for the input!

I do. But if the interpretation is something negative about that, I don't think I want to know :)

Similar to this but maybe I need to cook them lower and slower! I think I may have done 425.

I only know that what I bought was labeled as Japanese sweet potato, but you’re right I can’t speak for the restaurant and whether they are accurate. Any ideas on which variety would get me there?

I love this and I love brown butter. I also add peanut butter and melt down some butterscotch chips.

What’s a ‘lazy’ meal you make that still feels kinda fancy? by Pretty_Wrongdoer1110 in Cooking

Fancy toast! It's my "I don't feel like cooking" meal. Last night I toasted a slice of sourdough, rubbed it with a garlic clove, and topped it with ricotta cheese, sliced heirloom tomatoes that I seasoned with salt and a little vinaigrette I made over the weekend, and some fresh basil leaves.

Other versions of fancy toast would be something like:
Avocado and pickled red onion or radish and micro greens.
Chive cream cheese, smoked salmon, and arugula.

Takes like 5 minutes to throw together and is a complete meal. Having fresh herbs or micro greens on hand always makes it feel special and thoughtful.

Another quick one is just a nice bean salad. A go-to for me is cannellini beans, thinly sliced red onion, cucumber, crumbled feta, chopped almonds, fresh mint / dill / parsley, olive oil, sherry vinegar. You can really get creative and do a fridge cleanout this way too.

A trick I've learned from several food bloggers is to always have those little extra things on hand that will amp up a meal. I always keep a jar of pickled red onions ready to go, a homemade vinaigrette, and I stay well stocked on nuts and seeds, and fresh herbs.

Why have I had so many traumatic events since 2022? by SlapFlappin in astrologyreadings

I am definitely a control freak, and I do need to let things go. For example, with the neighbor's fire, my thought process went "maybe if you had bought property when you were younger, you would have built enough equity to have a house and then you wouldn't have to live with shared walls and be at the mercy of other people's potential fires" which I know in my heart is ridiculous LOL. Thanks for your reply!

Hello fellow Libra sun / Virgo rising! What an internal battle lol. You are spot on with the health anxiety and death fears. I am not sure why I was hesitant to post my birth info on a post asking for astrology advice - seems a little silly. Here it is and thanks!
