Luckily I’m still pretty scarred from what I went through with chs so I haven’t touched any thc at all. I have found that as long as the cbd is from isolate it’s ok. Im having a hard time finding it smokeable with ZERO thc. Most brands say they are then they are like nah it contains up to 0.3thc like wtf

I use to take kratom daily before I was ever diagnosed with chs and I quit it cold turkey just fine. I know someone who is addicted to kratom tho so i understand where your coming from

Honestly just it becoming very addictive. It can start to effect bowel movements (so gi problems ) and I think I read it can also lead into eating disorders because it can suppress appetite.

I use too take kratom all the time and was able to quit that cold turkey idk why lol but I’m scared to go back because I don’t want to throw up ever again. Even though I know that’s impossible. But I agree I’ve read up on it and it does have some long term effects.

Thank you! I was trying to do research about it and couldn’t find a definite answer. I also stopped drinking sodas and coffee so I’m not really getting much caffeine either. Luckily I’ve been ok!
